| Description: | This position is responsible for oversight of validation, qualification, and testing activity of new platforms and processes. The incumbent initiates and lead process improvement efforts and applies six sigma and lean tools to critical business processes driving improvements across functional areas. Incumbent must have 5+ years successful quality engineering and validation experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech and/or medical device industries with advance training in statistical analysis tools. |
| Qualifications: | Minimum requirements:
1- Bachelor’s degree in engineering/science/statistics program.
2- 5 years experience in pharmaceutical, biotech and/or medical device industry
3- Certified quality engineer. Must be currently certified
4- Strong lean manufacturing hands on experience
5- Certified six sigma green belt. Must have documentation of completed projects
Desired:
1- Master’s degree in engineering/science/statistics program
2- 7 years experience in pharmaceutical, biotech and/or medical device industry
3- Certified six sigma black belt. Must have documentation of completed projects
4- Advance lean manufacturing back ground and hands on experience
5- Certified quality engineer. Must be currently certified
