| Duties: | -Answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
-Answer general questions and route calls as appropriate
-Sort and distribute incoming mail/faxes in an accurate and timely manner
-Fulfill collateral requests from internal and external sources
-File case folders
-Data entry as needed
-Other duties as assigned

| Qualifications: | Minimum Requirements:
-High School diploma or equivalent
-Detail oriented
-Ability to multi-task
-Problem solver
-High level of professionalism
-Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills:
-Quick learner
-Data entry experience
-Phone experience
-Proficiency in Internet, Windows, Word and Excel
