| Description: | The product manager position will be responsible for the launch (design, development, execution and growth) and associated PM duties of a new Personalized Medicine product for Myriad Genetic Laboratories. |
| Duties: | Manage all aspects of marketing programs for specified product(s). Direct the development and execution of the strategic marketing plan and support product specific sales activities; oversee the development of business plans and product positioning in the market place including assessment of potential markets, products and services; conduct and evaluate market research; identify, predict and manage competitive activity; establish pricing strategies; develop budgets and monitor expenditures; project management and multi-disciplinary team management responsibilities. |
| Qualifications: | •Bachelors degree; Masters preferred, and 3 to 5 years healthcare marketing experience
•Strong healthcare product and service marketing, and sales experience
•Understanding of key healthcare stakeholders and influencers
•Ability to identify creative and novel marketing approaches
•Ability to balance strategic direction with tactical execution
•Strong project management and organizational skills
•Ability to interact and gain cooperation with other internal business units
•Ability to analyze market data
•Financial analysis skills
•Analytical and problem solving skills
•Demonstrated leadership experience
