The primary role of this Regional Medical Specialist position is to coordinate and execute the training of the RMSs as well as the corporate-based training of the sales force. Additional duties involve project management and the development of long-term strategies for effective RMS implementation. The RMS Trainer will report to the Director of Medical Affairs.

| Duties: |
1) Oversee and provide clinical training to newly hired sales force
a. Developing and updating the clinical information supplied to the sales force in Phase 1 training
b. Presentation of the clinical information during Phase 2 training
c. Presenting the Clinical Update information during Phase 3 training
d. Implement other trainings as necessary
2) Implement standardized RMS training
a. Ongoing training and management of the mentorship program
b. Create and implement additional training modules
c. Develop and manage the training for new products
3) Develop and oversee:
a. Medical Review Process for materials used by RMSs
b. Journal Club
c. Mentorship Program
d. Medical Affairs website updates and maintenance
4) Other projects on a case-by-case basis
5) In-field coaching of RMSs as directed

| Qualifications: | Two years experience as a Regional Medical Specialist or similar position. Exceptional organizational, project management and presentation skills. |
