| Description: | Summary:
The core function of this position consists of administration and maintenance of the electronic document and quality management system in a regulated environment. Will work closely with the various departments in coordinating document, quality and records management along with completing administrative tasks within the electronic system. Position will play a key role in continued implementation and administration of online, web-based electronic document management system. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail and enjoy working in an office environment with computers.

| Duties: | Responsibilities:
• Process, monitor and maintain controlled documents through the organization. This includes the coordination, tracking, routing, indexing, distribution, review, approval and storage (electronic and hard copy) of various documents.
• Maintains, configures, and updates document and quality management databases to ensure timely and efficient storage and retrieval of information.
• Ensures appropriate databases and other electronic tools are developed and maintained as needed to track documentation and other records; such as incident reports, change control, corrective/preventative action and training (i.e. will automate manual processes as necessary through the use of scripting and other tools).
• Leads and/or assists in maintaining employee files in an electronic system.
• Write operating procedures for use of the electronic document and quality management systems. In addition, supports and performs employee training for use of the system.
• Maintain metrics and monitor and report on the status and milestones on a defined basis intra and inter-departmentally.
• Supports Quality and Regulatory staff in other activities as assigned.

| Qualifications: | Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field with 2 + years experience in an electronic document/quality management administration position. Candidates with equivalent education/experience will be considered.
• Must be highly proficient in the use of computers, including MS Office suite (Word and Excell), Adobe Acrobat and other software programs.
• Experience with SQL, Java/Java Script. Knowledge of interfacing to databases such as Oracle and SQL Server is beneficial.
• Must be able to work independently and as a team member.
• Excellent teamwork, influence and persuasion skills.
• Experience working in a regulated environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
