| Duties: | Myriad Genetic Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual with medical billing/collection experience to fill the position of insurance Reimbursement Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting on all outstanding balances for a specific group of payors to assure maximum reimbursement. Responsibilities include working aged accounts, processing appeals or corrected claims, researching and reconciling credit balance accounts, processing adjustments as needed. |
| Qualifications: | Must have a minimum of 2 years experience working in medical billing/collections. Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicare, & Medicaid experience a plus. Must have knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 coding. Excellent organizational, communication, multitasking and teamwork skills are a must.
